Staffing Augmentation
For the staffing and management plan, we identified all key personnel, contractors, and consultants with a description of their roles and responsibilities.
We provided résumés and position descriptions for each key employee, and we included the amount of time each key employee devoted to the project.
We also identified all facilities and physical resources that were utilized and provided a description of our financial management structure and internal controls. In addition, we included a copy of our conflict-of-interest policy.
