The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business operations, outstanding customer service, and proficiency in digital marketing, with organizational skills being paramount. Experienced in Real Estate, while beneficial, is not mandatory.Â

Travel Required: 25% within Georgia (Various locations in metro Atlanta)
Responsibilities:Â
Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business objectives and operations to offer tailored support.Â
Spot growth opportunities and assist in the client's business planning, budgeting, and goal-setting initiatives.Â
Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering robust relationships.Â
Craft and manage engaging marketing materials, oversee email campaigns, and apply digital advertising and SEO strategies to boost the client’s online presence.Â
Stay abreast of accounting trends, employ AI tools for financial analysis, and introduce automation to streamline the client's financial operations.Â
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, maintain meticulous records, and guarantee the timely accomplishment of projects.Â
Formulate and executing strong business processes to maintain business operations during unforeseen disruptions.Â
Must be a strong problem-solving & independent-thinker Â
Requirements
Qualifications:Â
Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within a CEO setting. Proficient communication skills, adeptness at navigating stressful scenarios, and proficiency in
MS Office and Google SEO tools.Â
Proven track record of delivering high-level administrative support with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities.Â

Possess a bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience, or a high school diploma/GED coupled with five years of administrative background.Â
Relevant experience for CEO support roles considered a plus.Â
